cozy room good location small bathroom strange sink
the rooms were cozy and beds were comfortable. the location was in a good spot, not too far from the beach.
the bathroom was too small, i noticed no shower curtain was present. the sink was not located in the bathroom, it was oddly placed in the bedroom area.

ample parking easy access cute atmosphere
i found parking ample, a definite plus. the location worked well for me, it allowed easy access to the surrounding areas. i appreciated the cute atmosphere created by the staff (they seemed genuinely happy to help).
the shower room felt a little cramped, mostly due to its compact layout.

friendly owners early check-in great view comfy bed
The owners gave a friendly welcome, and I asked to check in early because I was attending a wedding nearby. The room was ready, GREAT!!! The view had something special about it. The bed really ensured a comfy night.
The cupboard-style bathroom was quite small and maybe not adequate for some guests.

The garden is lovely. The bar and restaurant are also great. They offer lovely food and the staff is very nice. It is a great place for various celebrations.

wonderful host and clean rooms
friendly staff dog beach town centre
the location was fantastic, not far from town centre. the staff are very friendly. the beaches were dog friendly and very clean.
when you arrive you park in A unsecure car park to heavy used road, yes it's got a gate but easily accessible. all the rooms are what i'd call the converted attic so it's up two full flights of stairs so if you're not good with stairs not the place for you.

the double room i stayed in was very clean. it included fresh linens and towels. the room temperature was easily controlled with an adjustable thermostat.

The owners provided a very friendly welcome when I arrived. I was pleased the rooms were ready early. The view from my room was a definite plus. I found the bed comfortable.
